206pub collects the following categories of personal data in connection with your use of the Platform:

3.1 Identity & Contact Data

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement);
• Nationality and country of residence;
• Residential address, including barangay, city or municipality, province, and postal code;
• Email address and mobile number.

3.2 Identity Verification Data

• Copies of government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license);
• Proof of address documentation (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Selfie or live photo submitted for identity verification purposes;
• Any additional documentation requested for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.

3.3 Financial Data

• Payment method details, including GCash account reference, PayMaya account reference, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account details (we do not store full bank account numbers or card numbers);
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method used;
• Account balance information.

3.4 Gaming & Activity Data

• Game participation history, including games played, wager amounts, outcomes, and session durations;
• Bonus and promotion usage history;
• Responsible gaming tool settings, including deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion status;
• Customer support interaction records, including chat logs and email correspondence.

3.5 Technical & Device Data

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and 206pub, including account management, payment processing, and delivery of gaming services;
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering obligations, KYC requirements, and regulatory reporting;
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for 206pub's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests;
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, including for direct marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

206pub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals;
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party service providers engaged to assist with identity verification and age verification;

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under Philippine law;
• Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Gaming activity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure;
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;
• Technical and device data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for longer periods for security or fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, 206pub will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, the anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

206pub implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

The 206pub Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 206pub does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum age requirement is enforced through mandatory age verification during the registration process.

If 206pub becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be void and non-payable in accordance with the 206pub Terms & Conditions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to 206pub, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15 so that we can take appropriate action.

In the course of providing the Platform and related services, 206pub may transfer your personal data to recipients located outside the Republic of the Philippines, including to cloud service providers and technology partners operating in other jurisdictions. Any such cross-border transfer of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the rules issued by the National Privacy Commission governing cross-border data flows.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 206pub will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, which may include contractual clauses approved by the NPC, adequacy determinations, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers where necessary for the provision of 206pub's services.

206pub reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to this Policy, 206pub will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your account, prior to the changes taking effect.

The updated Policy will be effective from the date indicated at the top of the document.
